Purposes And Legal Bases Of The Processing
In accordance with Art. 2 Para. 6 BayHSchG, Art. 4 Para. 1 S. 1 and 2 BayEGovG, we offer our services and administrative services as well as information for the public about our activities on our websites.
Our social media appearances are part of our public relations work. It is our endeavour to inform target groups and to exchange information with them, Art. 2 para. 6 BayHSchG . We enable you to make rapid electronic contact and direct communication via the media of your choice, § 5 Para. 1 No. 2 TMG.
Contents, contributions and inquiries, which violate the rights of third parties or which constitute a criminal offence or administrative offences, which do not comply with legal or contractual duties of conduct, we disclose by transmission to the responsible authority or the social media service and blocking or deleting these.
We use cookies, log files, statistics of the social media providers and the web analysis tool Google Analytics to compile business statistics, to carry out organisational investigations, to check or maintain our web service and to guarantee network and information security in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 BayDSG, § 13 Para. 7 TMG, Art. 11 Para. 1 BayEGovG. Insofar as the processing purpose is not impaired, we anonymise or pseudonymise personal data.

Personalised administration and editorial access to our website will be deactivated after the relevant person has signed out.

As a rule, personal data are kept for a maximum of seven days.
Cookies
The cookies used by Google Analytics are currently deleted after 24 hours or 90 days.
Communication
Post, e-mails and social media contributions and messages are deleted 6 years after the end of the year, in which the respective process takes place.

Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 DSGVO).

If you have consented to data processing or a data processing agreement exists and data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may be entitled to data transferability (Art. 20 DSGVO).

Forms: Data Collection, Data Storage And Data Processing
The website of International Projects Kempten contains forms where users can voluntarily enter personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) for certain purposes (e.g. contact initiation). The data will be used exclusively for the purpose stated in the form and will be deleted at the end of the process. Personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transmitted to third parties.
